Each guest room can accommodate
a maximum of three people. Please note that the third
bed will be a rollaway bed or Mattresses.

We regret that animals are

Our hotel provides 24hrs Check-in

We do have twin bedded room,
and they can be requested upon reservation or check-in.

in all the rooms, and they can be requested upon reservation

No, we don't have bathtub in
rooms.

available at the Front desk. They are available free of
charge.

hotel?
Guests are able to send and
receive email Via Wi-Fi at the lobby level only.

What is a Hotel Voucher?
Once your reservation has been
placed you will immediately receive your Hotel Voucher
by email. The Hotel Voucher should be presented to the
hotel upon check-in.

Is there any fee using our booking
service?
There is no charge to use our
online booking service for room reservations.

Making a Hotel reservation - booking
online how does it work?
Booking online with Hotel Akshaya
-- Go to our booking page and put in the dates, pick the
room Type, select number of rooms, Enter Adults/children,
Enter guest and payment details and hit the Make Payment
button. After submitting preview will popup and click
continue button. You will be redirected to the payment
page where you will enter you payment details. Once you
are done you will immediately receive an e-mail, containing
your reservation number confirming that your booking has
been confirmed.

Please check your junk/spam
folder as sometimes your email might go there. If you
still have no conformation please email us with details

Whose name is the reservation made
under?
The hotel's reservation is
made under the guest name as defined in your booking request.
When you check-in you simply present the Hotel Voucher
to the check in counter at the Akshaya Hotel

In case I have to make booking
amendments who can I contact?
Just use our online booking
engine to modify your booking.

Cancellation policy
Once we have confirmed your
booking, we will need 1 clear day (24hrs) written advance
notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is
given, we will charge your credit card/Advance Amount
in full. You may contact us by phone, online. In all email
exchanges, please make sure that the Reservation No. is
included in the subject line of your message.

Can you arrange Airport Pick Ups?
Yes, we are happy to assist
you with Airport Transfers. Please contact at our travel
desk.

'Tasty Point' Restaurant on the ground floor from 07:00-10:30

We have 1 restaurant and two
banquet halls in the hotel:
- "Tasty Point"- Restaurant (open 7:00-10:00 hrs /
13:00-15:30 hrs / 19:00-23:00 hrs)
- "Swagat"- Mini conference hall
- "Canopy"- The Banquet hall

A selection of vegetarian dishes
is available in the restaurant.

Special packages are available
for guests celebrating a special occasion.

There is currently no tour
desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations
according to your needs.

flight and make arrangement for domestic and international
flights?
Yes, the Travel Desk staff
in the Lobby will be pleased to assist with your travel
arrangements.

Is a doctor available at the hotel?
We have a doctor on call.

How far is the nearest hospital
to the hotel?
0.5 Kms from Kala Hospital
(Dwarakanagar) and 1kms form Apollo Hospital (Ram nagar)
and other major hospitals.

Where is the nearest bank or currency
exchange?
Currency can be exchanged in
our front office on the ground floor. The nearest bank
is located a 5 minutes walk away.

We have Times of India, The
Hindu, Eenadu and Business Line.

support services. For specialized needs it may be necessary
to employ an outside company. Please contact the business

We have a boardroom, which
is available for rent depending on use. Other services

available at the Hotel Akshaya?
The dry cleaning service is
available from Monday to Sunday. Laundry received before
9 a.m. will be returned on the same day (laundry will
be returned in most cases by 6.30 p.m. in your room).
